2. Services

Services include:

• SEO audits
• website maintenance
• technical consulting

Exact scope is agreed individually per project.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are agreed before project start.
Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.

4. Cooperation

The client must provide all required content and information in time. Delays may affect project timelines.

5. Liability

No liability is accepted for indirect damages or loss of profit. After project delivery, no liability is accepted unless ongoing maintenance is agreed.

6. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance contracts can be cancelled monthly unless otherwise agreed.

7. Final Clause

German law applies.
